Mr. Barber is CEO of E Mobile Information Technologies, Inc., and is a
leader in the area of mobile packet routed wireless technology and strategy.
With 18 years experience, Mr. Barber possesses extensive large scale
RF/IP network technology development and management experience in hyper-growth
wireless and wireline telecommunications companies. Previously, Mr. Barber was
co-founder and CEO of Broadband Mobile Technologies, Inc., founder and CEO of
4G Network Technologies, Inc., Chief Information Officer/Chief Technical
Officer for Imagitel, Inc., and prior to Imagitel, held the senior information
systems and services and product development position with ProNet, Inc. Mr.
Barber has experience in domestic and international telecommunications and
business consulting including work in the US, Europe, Asia, and the Middle
East. Mr. Barber has been published in management journals in the fields of
managing technical innovation, innovation in technical personnel, and the technology
development process in organizations. Mr. Barber is past Vice Chair for the
OFDM-Forum, past Co-Chair for Broadband Mobile Wireless Working Group (BMW-WG)of the
OFDM-Forum, and is the Chair for the Network Management Task Group for the IEEE
P802.16 Wireless Metropolitan Area Network (WirelessMAN) Working Group.

Michael Raboy
Vice President of Business Development
Serving as the VP of Business Development for Broadband Mobile Technologies, Mr. Raboy brings over 30 years of experience in the telecommunications and high-tech industries.
Mr. Raboy has focused his efforts during his career in the sales, marketing and business development of advanced technologies in engagements as the CDMA Wireless Product Manager at Nortel Networks, Business Development Manager at NEC America, Major Opportunities Manager at British Telecom, Regional Sales Manager at Sony, Marketing/Technical Project Manager at Sprint, and consultant for other major telecom carrier and equipment manufacturers.
Through his extensive industry career, Mr. Raboy has advanced videoconferencing, wireline, and wireless telecommunications product and market development.
Mr. Raboy is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in mathematics and computer sciences.
